Dr Allegro Dinkwanyane is a South African award-winning entrepreneur, qualified journalist & publicist, certified business coach, media personality, and philanthropist recognised for her contributions to business, leadership, youth and women empowerment. As the Founder and CEO of Orgella Group, she has built a diversified business ecosystem that spans media, communications, events, agriculture, property development, and digital platforms. Dr Allegro’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2011 when she launched Orgella Entertainment at the age of 21. What started as a digital entertainment blog quickly gained popularity and laid the foundation for what would eventually become Orgella Group. Through determination, innovation, and a strong entrepreneurial vision, she expanded her ventures across multiple industries, building a business ecosystem that reflects creativity, leadership, and long-term impact.

Dr Allegro holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the University of Johannesburg, where she majored in Communications and Philosophy. She further expanded her knowledge in Social Media and Digital Marketing through studies at the University of Cape Town. Before becoming fully self-employed, she gained valuable industry experience with multiple media platforms, including UJFM, 5FM, Talk Radio 702, BBC Africa, TRACE Urban and TRACE Sport Stars, where she contributed as a journalist, PR manager, and social media strategist.
She is also an alumna of the Honoris Online Academy, where she completed the Honoris 21st Century Soft Skills Certificate, and further advanced her personal and professional development through the NeuroMentor Brilliance Certificate at the NeuroCoach & Mentor Institute.
